'Unfulfilled': Your product is not shipped yet.
'fulfilled': Your product has been shipped and will be delivered in a few working days.
If your Order's fulfillment status is 'fulfilled' then please click on Track Order button under Order History.
Orders can be returned by mail within 60 days for a replacement by contacting our Customer Service at 1-888-338-2473. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping or restocking fees may apply. At our discretion, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement. Refunds are issued in the same payment type as the original order where possible. Requests may take 7-10 business days to process from the date the item is received. Caitec reserves the right to limit returns per customer.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Valid payments options: credit card, debit card, PayPal payment.
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
